🔁 Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

The request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
You provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or opened e-cigarettes, vape devices, or e-liquids.

⚙️ How to Start a Return

Contact our support team via email at airmezmarketing@sosoulvape.com or submit a support ticket.
Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos if the product is defective or damaged.
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and shipping instructions.

Please do not send your item back to us without prior authorization — unauthorized returns may not be processed.

💸 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect item shipped.

🔧 Defective or Wrong Item

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost, and cover the return shipping if applicable.
